Refund and cancellation

Our team makes their best effort  keep our product’s images, description and title as clear as possible. So we request you to carefully go through our product before placing an order. Making a purchase indicates you’ve agreed to all our terms and policies.

Eligibility For Refund

Note: Customer will not be eligible for refund in case of "Self Placed Wrong Order" (eg. Ordered wrong size or colour).

Note: In the event of a customer-initiated return due to an error on their part, including wrong product selection or delivery address, the customer will be responsible for the return and delivery handling charges, amounting to Rs.240. This charge covers the logistics associated with processing the return. Customers can settle this amount through via Online payment mode or Cash on Delivery (COD) at the time of delivery. 

Eligibility For Exchange

  • Exchange should be requested within 7 Days of delivering the product. Email us at support@cocolub.com
  • The product should be in intact condition (As it was delivered to you).
  • The product should not be used.
  • Order ID & Invoice should be available.
  • Exchange will only be eligible if the product received in reverse pickup clears our quality check process.

Note: 

  • If the product is received in Damaged Condition, kindly raise the concern within 24 hours of receiving the product at support@cocolub.com
  • To facilitate exchanges, returns, or refunds, we require customers to submit an unboxing video immediately after receiving the product. The video should showcase the unopened package and the product's condition. Approval for refunds, return and exchanges will be based on the video review and adherence to our return policy. Thank you for your cooperation in ensuring a transparent and satisfactory shopping experience with us.
